How Top Rated works

We balance the average score with the number of ratings behind it. A perfect score from a few people does not automatically come first; a large number of ratings alone does not guarantee a higher position. As more ratings are available, the average score carries more weight.

The stars on each card remain the booking site’s own score. Where a site separates rating votes from written reviews, we use the rating total for ordering and show both counts separately. We never add different sites’ counts together. A grouped card uses one representative product’s score; open it to see each offer’s own ratings.

How Best Price works

Best Price puts lower displayed prices first. When Klook catalogue offers are included, their general “From” prices can be ordered alongside per-person or adult prices, including date-checked prices. These amounts are not necessarily for the same date or package. Different currencies and known vehicle, group or restricted-ticket prices remain separate.

“From” means a starting price, not a promise that every option costs the same. Missing prices are not treated as zero. Choose a date to check the available offers, then confirm the final price and conditions on the booking site.
